From the owners: When we found this home, we fell in love with the high ceilings, massive windows and natural light, and the large garden, compared to others in the area. In the couple of years we have lived on this road, we have made friends for life, and watched the area around us develop incredibly quickly. An amazing new deli opened up at the bottom of the road, along with lots more on Church Road. St Georges park has just seen a huge new rejuvenation as well, and we love being able to walk straight out the door to Troopers Hill nature reserve for an epic sunset, or even further on along the river valley. We cycle around the city a lot, and find Church road to be an easy ride to and from the centre, as well as having the Bristol to Bath cycle path on our doorstep to escape to the country lanes in under half an hour. We are genuinely sad to be leaving the area, but work opportunities abroad proved too good to resist, and we hope someone loves it here as much as we have. -
